Our Office is located at Site 102, Allied Health Center, 5673, North Street, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada (adjacent to the Greater Niagara General Hospital).

For the courtesy of other patients please give us notice if you are unable to make your appointment.

Telephone calls are answered between the hours of 9:30 to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If you are unable to reach us during these hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Prescriptions renewals should be done at the time of the office visit.
